Cancellation Policy
💕BE SURE TO SEND 25$ to the cashapp $herempirellc. It is a NONREFUNDABLE FEE THAT IS ACCOUNTED TOWARDS FINAL PRICE.
💕INCONVENIENCE FEE: If for any reason of needing to cancel or reschedule you have up til 3 days request appt date of cancelling/rescheduling. Anything within will be charged a INCONVENIENCE FEE OF 25$ and a new deposit will be needed for next appointment.
💕 FAILURE TO MAKE INCONVENIENCE FEE WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM BOOKING . I love servicing the public but it’s also an inconvenience on my side so unfortunately business is business.
💕LATE ATTENDANCE: if you are 15mins+ LATE to your appointment it will be CANCELED IMMEDIATELY, and a new deposit will be required upon next appt
